Everything is vegan at Eureka Compass Vegan Food, 629 Aldine St. in St Paul, including both the groceries and the prepared items. Chef and proprietor Colin Anderson will have easy weeknight meal suggestions and recipe ideas that use products available in the store. Join ARC, Bailing out Benji, and Puppy Mill Free Minnesota for a peaceful protest against Four Paws and a Tail on public property near Northtown Mall, 398 Northtown Drive NE, Blaine, Minnesota from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. Meet at the intersection of County Road 10 and Jefferson, on the grassy area in front of Chipotle. Signs are provided but you are welcome to bring your own. We oppose Four Paws and a Tails business model of buying companion animals from breeding facilities and selling them to the public. We also oppose the idea that because a breeding facility is USDA licensed, it is ethical. RSVP at Animal Rights Meetup.

Join ARC Vegan University instructor Dave, who is certified in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University, and learn vegan nutrition 101 at Washburn Library, 5224 Lyndale Ave S in Minneapolis. Dave will cover different nutrients and the foods they are found in. There will be free recipes and ideas to build your plate.
