We're joining Puppy Mill Free Minnesota for a peaceful protest against Four Paws and a Tail, on public property near Northtown Mall, 398 Northtown Drive NE, Blaine, Minnesota from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. Meet us at the intersection of County Road 10 and Jefferson, on the grassy area in front of Chipotle. Signs are provided but you're also welcome to bring your own. We oppose Four Paws and a Tail's business model of buying companion animals from breeding facilities and selling them to the public. Note this is an ongoing event, ARC will post events for the protests we're able to be present at, but there are typically activists at the site every Sunday from 1:00-2:00 pm!

The food will be bountiful and delicious when you join ARC and friends for the 26th Annual Turkey-Free Friendsgiving Potluck. All are welcome. You do not have to be vegan or vegetarian to attend. Beverages will be provided, along with a variety of vegan cheeses to sample. Bring a vegan main dish, side dish, or dessert to share, along with a serving spoon (vegan = no meat, dairy, eggs, gelatin, honey, or refined sugar). Your dish should serve at least 10 people. Please bring a list of ingredients so we can be allergy-friendly and bring your own plate and utensils if possible. This is a wonderful event to bring your friends and family to and show them how delicious vegan holiday eating can be. We are looking forward to sharing a special meal with all of our friends, longtime and brand new. Location is Living Spirit United Methodist Church, 4501 Bloomington Ave. in Minneapolis from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Please RSVP at the Facebook event link given so we know how many people to expect.

Join Kelsey at Century College to talk to college students about how animals are raised for food. We will have virtual reality pay-per-view headsets showing three different videos of basic farming practices through the eyes of chickens, pigs, or cows used for dairy. Students are given $1 to watch one of the three videos and have a conversation with us afterward about what they saw. Students who choose not to watch can ask us questions instead and take literature with them as they leave. **If you are interested in volunteering, please email Kelsey, our Volunteer Coordinator, at Kelsey@animalrightscoalition.com for more information. If you are a student and would like ARC to come to your campus, please email Kelsey.

We will be doing Virtual Reality Pay Per View outreach and vegan food sampling at Augsburg University in Minneapolis, MN today from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Pay Per View is an innovative form of outreach where people are offered $1.00 to view a short 3D film about the lives of animals used for food and then go home with information about how changing to a plant-based diet can make a huge difference for the animals, the earth, and themselves. This is a life-changing experience for many viewers.
