Vegan University, a program of the Animal Rights Coalition, brings vegan education to farmers markets across the Twin Cities! Throughout the market season (May–October), we set up at various markets weekly, visiting each location multiple times per year. You can find us at Mill City, Midtown, Kingfield, Northeast, Linden Hills, Bloomington, and Northfield markets, among others.

At our booth, we share valuable vegan resources, including ARC’s Vegan Guide, which features delicious recipes, nutrition tips, and helpful resources. We also promote free online workshops, in-person cooking classes, grocery shopping tours, and vegan mentorship through Vegan University. In addition to educational materials on health, sustainability, and ethics, we offer fun giveaways like stickers, bookmarks, coloring sheets, and tasty vegan treats!

Interested in volunteering? Join us at a farmers market by signing up on POINT and help us spread the word about ethical, sustainable living!
